Membership

Membership in the Young Israel of Bedford Bay is open to anyone of the Jewish faith who is 18 years or older and professes a belief in Orthodox Judaism.
By joining the Young Israel of Bedford Bay's growing family, you will not merely be a bystander, but you will become an integral part of our growing and expanding community, a knowledgeabkle and informed participant.

The following benefits afforded to our members can be yours as well:

• A reduction in the price of High Holy Day seats
• A reduction in our memorial plaques.
• A reduction in use of the Shul/social hall
• The use of our indoor swimming pool
• Mishloach manot
• Earlier reservation for events with limited seating
• A reduction in price for Bob Boriskin's defensive driving course
• And last, but not least, the wonderful services of our spiritual leader, Rabbi Tzvi Fried 

Our doors are always open to you and your families. We have a program to fit all the needs of all members of all ages. Join up -- Join the fun. We need you --You need us -- We need each other.

There are three kinds of membership

• Two-adult families ($250/year)  for families with two adults
• One-adult families ($150/year)  for families with one adult
• Out-of-town families ($120/year) for families who live out of town or normally daven at another shul.

Additionally, locker rentals are available for $20/year.
