Social Hall

Around 70% of our social hall is available to rent for events, an area equaling around 1,400 ft² with standing room for around 250 people.
The space has a Berkey water filter; 65" television; media center with 1,000 movies, 500 CDs, VHS player, Blu-ray disc player, CD changer, dual casette deck,  and stereo receiver; PS3; surround sound system; piano; adjacent hand-washing sink; restrooms; and coat rack making this space a good venue for numerous events.
With our entertainment system, organic popcorn and vegetable platters made on premises, and on-site photographer, the social hall should be the perfect venue for birthday parties.

Additionally, in our social hall, stands a bookcase that is just over 5.5’x8’.  This bookcase, which David Geliebter and Hailey Reatz planned, planed, built, stained, and varnished in the summer of 2025 specifically for our weekly event Books & Baroque, includes sections of comic books/ graphic novels, woodwork/ tools, fiction-writing, 31 Flame Tree Publishing Gothic Fantasy titles, sheet music/ music, cookbooks, art, manga, children’s literature, reference books, Webster's Deluxe Unabridged Dictionary, and the Complete Shakespeare. This library is perfect for someone who wants to participate in our synagogue’s events without wanting a religious element. In addition to during our weekly Books & Baroque (Monday nights between 5:00-8:00 P.M.), this library can also be enjoyed during our weekly Groups for All Ages (two hours before Shabbat mincha until mincha).
